How does Tampax Pearl stop leaks?

How does Tampax Pearl feel different than other tampons?
Pearl has FormFit protection, which expands widthwise to help close the gaps that can cause leaks. It has a Built-In Backup braid to help stop leaks before they happen and a smooth, plastic applicator to make insertion easy.

How long can I wear a tampon?
You should only use a tampon for up to 8 hours. So if you're about to hit the sheets and are planning to sleep with a tampon in, first be sure to put in a new one, and then remove it as soon as you're done with your beauty sleep.

What’s in a Tampax tampon? 
Tampax tampons are made of primarily cotton and rayon, the same materials that have been safely used in feminine-care products for years. Tampax puts these materials together in unique designs to give you trusted anti-leak protection and comfort.
